Insomnia & Other Life Challenges:
Not every struggle fits neatly into a diagnosis, yet the challenges we encounter in everyday life can have a powerful influence on how we sleep, think, feel, relate, work, and see ourselves. Insomnia & Other Life Challenges explores those difficult places where stress, uncertainty, old emotional injuries, unhealthy patterns, and the demands of daily life begin interfering with our ability to feel settled and move forward. From middle-of-the-night insomnia and cortisol spikes to difficulties with boundaries, people-pleasing, letting go, changing difficult feelings, and rebalancing work and life, these resources are designed to help us understand what may be keeping us stuck and discover practical ways of responding differently.
This pathway also looks beneath the immediate problem to explore the deeper patterns that can accompany it—attachment injuries and identity wounds, forgetting our strengths, moving from Comfort Zones into Growth Zones, dissociation and anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the difficulty of letting go of what we can no longer control. Through the UNpsych framework, we UNcover what is happening beneath the struggle, UNderstand why our mind and body may be responding this way, UNlearn reactions and meanings that no longer serve us, and Become increasingly capable of meeting life's challenges with greater flexibility, self-trust, courage, and intentional choice. Not every difficult season needs a label—but every difficult season can become an opportunity to understand ourselves more deeply and discover a new way forward.
